On the south Oxfordshire/Berkshire boarders, conveniently located near to Reading. From the A4074 heading north out of Reading and Caversham, turn left opposite the Packsaddle Pub signposted Mapledurham House, Trench Green, Caversham Heath Golf Club,and Mapledurham (or right at this sign if coming from Oxford/Wallingford/the north). Continue along the lane passing the golf club on your left. After a short distance you will come to a turning on the left with a grass triangle in the middle, sign posted Mapledurham House & Gardens, Mapledurham and Trench Green, turn left at this signpost. Continue along the lane passing the Mapledurham Parish Hall on the right, and Lily Farmhouse after a further short distance on your left, go down the hill, and at the bottom go round the tight left hand bend passing Bottom Farm lane on your right. Entering into Mapledurham Village follow the lane round to the right keeping the red post box on your left-hand side, you will come to the Almshouses on your right where the gates to Queen Bee Bridal can be found opposite on the left. If you get to the church with the church car park on your left, don’t worry, you can either park in there and walk back, or turn around.

If you’re making a day of it, The Packhorse Pub is located less than two miles away and is hailed locally for it’s incredible food. It’s also great for kids with a lovely garden and old tractor for climbing on!
