About Queen Bee Bridal – Wedding dress shop Berkshire

Our Story: Having worked in and out of the wedding industry, and after a 20 year dream to open a bridal boutique, Owner and Founder Kate’s heart finally took over and Queen Bee Bridal was born. Having taken possession of our first premises in Mapledurham (now our bridesmaids boutique) on Valentine’s Day 2020, Covid put a stop to Kate fully opening the business until April 2021. Following an incredible response to our new businesses in those first three years, and due to increasing weekend demand from our brides, we expanded into our new Berkshire wedding dress shop in Pangbourne within days of our third birthday in April 2024.

Why the name Queen Bee? Because of course every beautiful bride is Queen Bee for the day! But also because I am keen to support and give back, this is not just a dream or a business venture, it’s an opportunity to do more.
The future of the planet is in our hands, and the declining bee population is something that is close to my heart, so for every dress we sell we make a donation to the British Bee Keepers Association for funding on going research, preservation and educational work with schools.

Our boutique : our gorgeous boutique is always warm and welcoming and home to a carefully curated and stunning collection of bridal collections and perfect accessories. Our unique premises is something that you are unlikely to forget, with beautiful architectural features throughout to make your journey even more memorable!
